Conference call IN

In the conference call in, no distinction is drawn between calling party and called parties, as each participant has automatic access to the conference, upon prior authentication. The maximum number of conference participants is 15.

Costs

The service does not envisage any activation costs.

Access to the conference from Politecnico telephone extensions does not generate costs of any kind.

The cost of calls coming from different Politecnico campuses will instead be borne by each external participant.

Access to the service will also be possible from international numbers, by having the dial code 0039 precede the number indicated in the operating instructions, or from mobile phone numbers.

Applying for the service

To request the service, fill in and send the application form.

Activation of the service is only guaranteed for applications received by 16h00 on the working day preceding the conference call.

Activation confirmation (PIN and conference code)

Once the feasibility of the application is assessed, the University Landline and Mobile Telephone Service will send, when the ticket is closed, the Conference Code and the Conference Pin and the relevant operating instructions, which the applicant and all the participants will have to use in order to access the conference call.

The codes will be sent within the 24 hours preceding the start time of the Call set out in the application form.

The applicant will be responsible for transmitting the code and the PIN to all participants.
